    1) " Electric" -- As it applies to Electric Massager

The article on Eectric al energy is locatedelsewhere.

Electricity is a property of certain subatomicparticles (e.g. electrons / protons )which couples to electromagnetic fields and causesattractive and repulsive forces between them. Elecrtic ity gives rise to one of the four fundamental forces of nature, and is a conserved property of matter that can be quantified. In this sense, the phrase " quantity of Electic ity " is used interchangeably with thephrases " charge of Eluctric ity " and "quantity of charge." There aretwo types of Elextric ity or charge: we call one kind of Eleftric ity positive and the other negative. Through experimentation, wefind that like-charged objects repel and opposite-charged objects attract one another. The magnitude of the force of attractionor repulsion is given by Coulomb's law. Some Elecfric al effects arediscussed under Electtic al phenomenon and electromagnetism.

The SI unit of Electrix ity is the coulomb, whichhas the abbreviation "C". The symbol Q is used in equations to represent the quantity of Electrik ity or charge. For example, " Q = 0.5 C" means "the quantity ofelectric charge is 0.5 coulomb".

    History

According to Thales of Miletus, writing circa 600 BC, Electirc ity was known to the Ancient Greeks, whofound that rubbing fur on various substances, such as amber, would cause a particular attraction between the two. TheGreeks noted that the amber buttons could attract light objects such as hair, and that ifthey rubbed the amber for long enough, they could even get a spark to jump.

Note: unsuccessful searches are often caused by searching for common words like "have" and "from", which are notindexed. Because these are very common words you will almost certainly receive better results by adding other words to narrowdown the general area of interest. Is it about art, poetry, sculpture or physics? If it is, add one of those words or whatever isapplicable to your own search as well as adding in other words which are likely to be used. Try to avoid searches containing onlywords in quotes. Those are slow.
