"How I Do"
(MCA Records)

1) "GOLDEN BOYS" (3) Snazzy snare drum start. Hip-hop beat.
Jazzy orchestral backing.

2) "THEY SAY VICTIM" (5) Reminds me of the Cousteau Twins-
My Favorite !!- Should be the single. Killer hook !

3) "700 MILE SITUATION" (3-) Great bass line (Kohe's great !!)
Funky effects. Kick-butt percussion.

4) "ICE KING" (2) Again great bass and percussion. Sounds a little
like Alicia Keys.

5) "SITTIN' BACK" (2+) Cool guitar effects accented by the "heartbeat
percussion".

6) "HOW I DO" (4-) Bizzaro effects, but I like it. Possible single.
Chimmy keyboard effect.

7) "IF THERE AIN'T NOTHING" (3) Interesting melody progression.
Again, the funky back beat with wild vocal layering.

8) "THE HUSTLER" (4+) This one grows on you. My second favorite !
Awesome vocal tracking.

9) "I'VE KNOWN THE GARDEN" (2+) Adrian Beleau-esque sounding
guitar effect.

10) "LET LOVE" (3+) Neat effects juxtaposed with a jazzy melody,
Catchy melody.

11) "TSUNAMI" (3) Acoustical feel. (No tidal wave though). Hypnotic
chorus. Track "rock" ending.

OVERALL COMMENTS: RES(pronounced "Reese) is a cross between
Alana Davis and Alicia Keys. The percussion , bass and programming
are killers. Martin "Doc" Mc Kinney's writing is creative.

OVERALL RATING 3+
